| General Regulations ATV |
- Factory engine blocks and chassis only
- No solid block suspension
- No ATV will exceed overall dimension of 60 inches wide
or 84 inches long. This will be measured at the longest
& widest points including tires, rims, racks, weights, etc.
- Machines must have a hitch no higher than the center of
the rear axle, and extending no farther than 6 inches from
the center of the rear axle. Must have 1 7/8" or 2" ball on
hitch. Ring hitch of at least 1 1/2" will be allowed.
- Each weight class will include the weight of the machine
plus the weight of the driver.
- All ATV's must be operated in a safe manner on & off the
track. NO SPEEDING OR WHEELIES ALLOWED.
- ATV must use only rubber tires. NO chains, studs or dual
wheels.
- ATV must have working brakes, fenders over the rear two
tires, and a spring return throttle (lever or twist).
- All drivers must be at least 18 years of age or have
written consent form signed by the parent or guardian.
All drivers must be 16 years of age or older.
- All drivers must wear a shirt, pants, shoes, and a
helmet during pull.
- No alcohol is allowed. Violators including drivers and
pit crew will be disqualified.
- The first puller in each class is the "Test Puller."
He/she has the option to re-pull in the last spot. However
he/she will be giving up their first pull in doing so.
Decision to re-pull must be made before bike is unhooked
from the sled.
- All ties must be pulled off to determine placing.
- The pull is completed if the bike goes out of bounds.
- The puller will be given two consecutive attempts to
start the sled within 20ft of the line.
- All pulls will start with a tight hitch. No jerking is
allowed.
- All weights will be fastened securely to the machine
with ratchet strap binders. The loss of any object while
hooked to the sled will be a disqualification (No tarp
straps allowed).
- All entries are stopped once the first bike of that
class hooks to the sled.
- No weights can extend more than 6 inches in front of
and/or rear of the tires, wheelie bar excluded.
- No bikes can be entered in more than 2 classes.
- Only pump gas is permitted for fuel. Neither nitrous
oxide or pressurized fuels are allowed.
- Each participant is responsible for loss of stolen
articles, injury or property damage.
- All machines must weigh out after each pull.
- Contest is open to 4 wheel ATV's 2 or 4 wheel drive.
- Each participant has one pull per class, except to
advance to a higher weight or cc class.
- At their discretion, any contestant may opt to advance
to a higher weight or cc class.
- Only one driver per machine per class.
- Driver must remain seated on the seat during the pull.
Feet must remain on the footpegs or floor boards.
- 2 x 4 can only pull in 2 x 4 classes. 4 x 4 can only
pull in 4 x 4 classes.
- The judges will settle any discrepancies in the rules
and their decisions are FINAL and must be accepted in a
sportsman-like manner.

| General Regulations - Garden Tractors |
- Tractors must have hood, grill and fenders to be legal.
- Tractors must also have at least 6 inch seat back.
- A bullet flywheel and/or side shields from the hood to
frame one both sides of tractor made of 16-guage steel or
equivalent.
- All pulleys and clutches must be shielded to prevent the
possibility of parts from flying off tractor.
- the maximum wheelbase of tractors is 52 inches.
- All tractors must have "wheelie bars."
- All tractors must have a working "kill switch" (tether
switch).
- Locked rear ends are allowed.
- Four-wheel drive tractors are not allowed.
- All puller enter at their own risk.
- Two drivers per tractor are allowed in each class; each
driver is allowed only one entry per class.
- Drivers under 12 yrs of age must wear a helmet while
pulling. All pullers must be able to control their tractor
in a safe manner.
- Drivers must remain seated on their tractor (not on the
seat back) and have at least one hand on the steering wheel
during their pull; they must have their tractor under
control at all times.
- Shifting is allowed while you are pulling as long as the
tractor continues in a forward motion and the sled is not
being jerked.
- The pull will be over when forward motion stops.
- All tractors must stop at the request of the flagman.
- The pull will be disqualified if a weight or any other part of the tractor or driver
falls off.
- The pull will be disqualified if a tractor clearly goes
out of bounds after the 20 ft mark.
- No alcohol or drugs permitted before or during the
tractor pull.

| Wheels & Tires |
- Cut and un-cut tires with a maximum size of 26x12x12 are
permitted.
- Tire loading is allowed.
- Dual tires are not allowed.
- tire chains and studded tires are not permitted.
- Threaded rods on wheels are permitted as long as they
are no more than 1 inch beyond the wheel weights and are
covered by a protective boot.
- Solid bar tires, such as Cepeks and Pit bull, will only
be permitted in the Open 1000 and higher classes.

| Wheelie Bars and Draw Bars: |
- Wheelie bars must support the weight of the tractor, one
wheelie bar at a time. It must be at least 5 inches from the
back of the tractor tire to the center of the wheelie bar or
skid plate. Metala wheels are the only kind permitted. Skid
plates must be 1/8 inch thick by 3 inches square. Wheelie
bars and skid plates can be a maximum of 5 inches from the
ground to the bottom of the wheel or plate,
- Wheelie bars are subject to inspection by track
officials.
- Maximum draw bar height is 15 inches from the top of the
bar. Draw bar can be no longer than 6 inches beyond tires.
The hole in the draw bar must be 1 1/2 inches in diameter
and 3/8 " to 1/2" in thickness. Pulling point may not be
more than 3/4 of an inch from the back edge of hitching
device, parallel to and not more than 15 inches above the
ground.
- The draw bar must be stationary in all directions and
will be checked at the scales.

| Engine Specifications: |
- STOCK - Maximum engine horsepower is a 16hp single
engine. All engine parts should be the same or equal to the
stock parts used for the make and size of engine used.
Engine modifications permitted:
- 30,000 maximum over bore
- head planning
- port and polishing
- governors removed or altered
- air cleaner, K & N, etc.
- exhaust pipe
- OPEN - Maximum engine horse power is 20hp single or
twin. This may be reached by a two engine combination (NO
STROKE CRANKS)
- The engines can be gas, diesel, air/water cooled.
They must be naturally aspirated, Naturally aspirated
does not include supercharger, turbocharged, etc. Two
cycle engines are not allowed.
- Stock flywheels that have been modified are not
allowed.
- Stroke cranks are not allowed.
- Spacer plates between the carburetor and the intake
manifold are permitted in the open classes only.

| Scales: |
- All tractors will be in the staging area before classes
starts. They must be weighed and draw bar checked before
they go to the staging area.
- Each tractor MUST be weighed and have draw bar checked
after each pull. If they do not get weighed and checked, or
the weight is over or draw bar is high they will be
disqualified.

|
| Track Information: |
- track distance is 150 feet.
- Width of the track is approximately 14 feet.
- The out of bounds lines will be clearly marked.
- There is a 20 foot shut down area. If you begin pulling
and are not satisfied with your performance may stop within
the shut down area and start over. This can only be done
once, and is not allowed during pull-off situations.

| Hooking to Sled: |
- All pulls start from a designated pull line. This pull
line can not be changed during a class, but it may be
changed between classes.
- The tractor will not be hooked to the sled until the
driver gives the necessary hand signal. This is to indicate
the to the track officials that the tractor is in neutral or
park and the drivers hands are away from the controls until
the track official says to start to pull.
- A track official must hook each tractor to the sled.]
- All pulls start from a tight hitch with no jerking of
the sled permitted.
- The pull will be over when forward motion stops (no
digging holes in the track).
- All tractors must stop at the request of the flagman,

| Pulling Order: |
- Pulling position numbers will be drawn before drivers
meeting for each class that each puller intends to pull in.
- The first puller in each class will be a test puller.
This will determine whether the sled is adjusted correctly
and fairly. If the test puller is not satisfied with the
pull then he/she can elect to do another pull in the last
position. The puller must tell the track official before
being unhooked from the sled. Failure to do so will result
in the first pull being measured.
- If a puller's tractor breaks down in the shut down area
(the first 20 feet of the track) and he/she can fix it
before the class is over then the puller can pull again in
the last position (after the test puller).
- All pullers will be in the number position they have
drawn unless the.
